I'm still unpacking and will post more later. This cool skull was made by one of Jessica's friends, had to add it to my skull collection. I had to have a piece of Bruce's Alabama wood for my shelf. I like this one because of the many crystals and the two different colors on either side. Nice Turkish agate gifted to me from Carl. Carl had taken some of my Brazilian agates home at the September show to polish for me. These are just a couple of the waterline pieces he brought back. I don't understand why they die Brazilian agates, the natural colors are great! A super nice polished slab of Arizona wood I worked a trade for. Still has almost all the bark attached around the edges. Super cool piece of Wiggens Fork Wyoming pet wood I traded from Phil. Vintage Mexican onyx Tony was selling. These are from the 70s. I used to collect this stuff as a kid, so I had to get a set. Probably my favorite trade of the weekend was getting this very large Needle Peak, Texas agate back into my collection. I acquired this piece from the Ken Kyte collection in 2000. I later sold it to Carl. He kept it several years and then we traded back. It will remain in my collection now. See you in June!!! |
